Terms of Use
These terms govern access to and use of the Milo software.

1. The service
Milo is a local, AI-assisted project workspace operated by 10ROW. It can inspect user-provided project context, create work products, monitor authorised account signals, and prepare or perform actions according to the permissions and controls available in the user’s installation.
2. Your authority and responsibility
You may connect only accounts, files, systems, and information you are authorised to use. You remain responsible for the accuracy of legal, identity, financial, regulatory, and business facts you provide, and for reviewing consequential actions before authorising them.
3. Google accounts
Google account access is optional and governed by Google’s terms in addition to these terms. Milo requests only the permissions shown during Google consent. Do not share passwords or multi-factor authentication codes with Milo or 10ROW. You can disconnect and revoke Google access at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use Milo to violate law, infringe rights, access accounts without authority, distribute malware, deceive people, evade security controls, or make prohibited automated decisions. You must not instruct Milo to conceal unlawful conduct or misrepresent generated work as independently verified when it is not.
5. AI limitations
AI output can be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable. Milo’s evidence and approval controls reduce risk but do not eliminate it. Milo is not a lawyer, accountant, financial adviser, medical professional, licensed broker, or regulatory authority. Obtain qualified advice when a decision requires it.
6. Pre-release status
Milo may be provided as a trial, test, or pre-release product. Features can change, fail, or be withdrawn. Do not rely on Milo as the sole copy of important records or as an emergency, safety-critical, or regulated control system.
7. Intellectual property
10ROW retains rights in the Milo software and branding. You retain rights you hold in your project inputs. Subject to third-party rights and applicable service terms, you may use work products Milo creates for your authorised project.
8. Availability and warranty
Milo is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. 10ROW does not promise uninterrupted operation, a particular commercial result, or that every output will be correct. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Suspension and changes
Access may be suspended where necessary to protect users, accounts, systems, or legal compliance. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with a revised effective date.
